Currently, we ship to all EU / EEA countries.
If you find yourself in a situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know – contact our customer support – within 24 hours. Otherwise, there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you.
If the package is not received within 30 Business days, please contact us.
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
